Brenden Sanborn is a New Hampshire native who studied at the highly acclaimed Savannah College of Art and Design in 1992. Sculptural forms with striking relief, but softness of the features as well to render the curves and the awaiting movement, with colored glints and subtle blue shadows in bright and tender watercolors, a manliness full of strength that is expressed with delicacy.
His message is positive and unique, as he draws his greatest influences from life’s colorful experiences. His work also tantalizes the romantic spirit by using the power of seduction to draw audiences into “a greater and more evolved understanding” and appreciation of the union between persons of the same sex.
